Our commitment
The TrueMed Foundation is committed to making our digital presence accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continually review and improve the experience for everyone who visits our site.
What we do
- Design with sufficient colour contrast and readable typography
- Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Ensure keyboard navigation across all interactive elements
- Use semantic HTML and clear heading structures
- Label form fields and provide helpful error messages
- Include a "skip to main content" link on every page
- Respect user preferences for reduced motion
- Design tap targets suitable for touch and mobile devices
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We prioritise fixes based on user feedback and continue to invest in improvements as the site evolves.
Feedback and requests
If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@truemedfoundation.com.au. We aim to acknowledge feedback within five business days and to respond substantively as quickly as possible.
Assistive technologies
Our website is designed to work with modern assistive technologies including screen readers, screen magnifiers and voice-input tools on up-to-date browsers and operating systems.
